Gutie Corporation will accept exchanges and returns of unused products in good condition within 30 days from the date of purchase (14 days during the sale period), upon presentation of the original sales receipt and email notification of the reason for return.

Generally, your return will be processed within one to one and a half weeks. If the return is approved. We will send you a return notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Once the return has been processed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
