Refund and Returns Policy

General Information

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. ZEUS perfume is non-returnable.

To complete your return, we need your sales receipt.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or non-received refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card issuer.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must contact us at {email address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
